Erasmus+ KA1: Primary

MULTICULTURAL PROJECT

On first cycle of Primary we have design a multicultural project about Christmas around the world. In this project has participated 4 countries:

• Spain

• Finland

• EEUU

• Japan

Moreover, in this project we have included to students parents because we think it enriquire the learning.

We have done different activities.

1- We written a Christmas card that we sent to the different countries.

2- On the other hand, parents and students all together met at school to prepare different things such as posters, food, decorations, clothes, etc. about country that they was working.

3- The main activity was the connection with these countries by Skype to show them what we have prepared. This experience was fantastic and awesome! Children also asked them questions and doubts about weather, time, school, presents, etc.

Finally, we rec a video giving thank you for the effort, showing some images and videos and also wishing Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all of countries.

2. INTER-LEVEL (1ST-2ON MIXED) PROJECT ABOUT ANIMALS

Carnivores, herbivores and omnivores; vertebrates and invertebrates. Our students will learn about animals and their classification in primary school. We explain what they will find out about amphibians, birds, fish, mammals and reptiles.

In this activity, we'll learn that animals can also be grouped according to their bone structure.

Invertebrates are animals which don’t have a skeleton (for example insects, spiders, snails).
Vertebrates do have a skeleton or backbone inside their bodies. Vertebrates include mammals, reptiles, birds and amphibians.
